What is Retargeting?
Retargeting is the process of serving advertisements to customers who have expressed interest either by typing keywords in search engines or websites they visit.
There are 3 main types of campaigns for Retargeting
Search Retargeting: This is where we target people based off of the keywords they type in search engines. ie. A customer searching online for “Shoes” and getting digital banner ads on websites and apps for allbirds shoes later that day.
Site Retargeting: Is the process of targeting all of leads from your website. ie. A website visitor (Lead) to Sandhill Media getting digital banner ads later that day for advertising with Sandhill Media.
Contextual Retargeting: This is the process of targeting websites and serving your companies ads based off the category of that website. ie. A tax Preperation Company serving ads on websites categories such as financial to website viewers.
